which distances our self from our aware formless sublime.
a taught line like a taut line
stretches the reaches of imagined time
through the overworked thoughts of our ignorant mind
which distances our self from our aware formless sublime.
Behind every mask sits a face
Behind every face sit hidden emotions
Truths that change things are always kept hidden
until forgotten
Hidden by Us
who fear change
fear life
fear our own selves
They rest in an abulic numbness
sitting on top of answers
to questions our mind asks
but does not want answered
There is a face
which does not trust its own reflection;
A face that reflects a heartfelt smile;
A face that betrays a want for reasons
And Another which chooses another to beguile
There is a face
which has wiped off tears o’er countless seasons
And that one in that corner
Which can transform itself magically in one flickering moment
From a warm smile to a rich sorrow
in a flashing movement of practised muscles
.
But will there always be time for a face?
.
Even if time ever moved,
Time Stopped
When We stopped.
When we entrapped ourselves
in this vicious, vicious circle
Of lunches and dinners and stories
Of saints and sinners and glories
Of whitewashed walls and wireless madness,
Hiding from our own souls and Hiding behind sadness.
We gave up on ourselves
and we refused to move
.
We refuse to move!
And shout “We cannot change!
Not now! We cannot change now! ”
.
And while our formulae try to equate and calculate
our very essence of non-physicality,
We build fences around us to hide from our fears
And call this our reality.
